Theater
We offer a spacious theater for rental, perfect for hosting plays, dance recitals, concerts, and more. Our theatre is equipped with sound and lighting systems, and our professional staff is here to ensure a successful event. We also provide comfortable seating for up to 250 people. Whether you’re looking to host a show or just a rehearsal, our theatre is the perfect spot. We love to partner with local Community Theatre in Colorado Springs!
Concerts and Events
Our beautiful sanctuary seats 1100 people, has space for a 100-person choir and can accommodate a full orchestra. We offer a variety of amenities to make your event special, including a 7' Steinway piano, pipe organ, chimes, music stands, and a conductor's podium. The sanctuary also has a full sound system and large LED screens for visuals or lyrics.
Other
Our Church offers a variety of rental spaces for your special event. Our facility includes multiple meeting rooms, lecture rooms, a large fellowship hall, a sanctuary, and a theatre. All of our rental spaces are fully equipped and can accommodate a variety of seating arrangements. We can also provide audio-visual equipment, tables, and chairs if needed. FUNERALS AND MEMORIALS
At FUMC, we understand that funerals are a difficult time for families and friends. Our Church offers both a Sanctuary and Chapel for services. Our Sanctuary is a large, traditional space, while the Chapel is a smaller, more intimate space. After the service, families can gather in our reception area to share memories.
First United Methodist is also home to a Columbarium, which is a consecrated space created to serve as a final resting place and home for safe keeping of our beloved’s ashes.
WEDDINGS
Our beautiful church is the perfect setting for your special day! The sanctuary is the perfect place for a traditional wedding ceremony, while the chapel is a more intimate setting for smaller weddings. After the ceremony, the church offers many reception spaces where you can celebrate your union with family and friends. Our friendly staff is here to help you create the perfect wedding day that you will remember for a lifetime.
