Rooted In History Sermon Series

So here is the thing: there are really, really weird stories in the Old Testament! We so often find these stories ancient and odd but they are our story. They tell us of the people that came before us, the things that they valued, and how they lived in a world so very different than ours. We are going to take the summer, "pulling up chairs around the campfire" (sit in theater seats!) to hear these old, old stories. Some may have lessons for us to learn, some may not, but all will help us understand the story deeply rooted in the history of our faith. (And there will be Bluegrass!)
