We request that parents fill out a Children's Ministries registration form the first time your child(ren) attend an event with us (Sunday School or special event). Your contact information allows us to communicate with you; and be aware of allergies and any special needs your child(ren) may have. We make every effort to be nut-free and have snack options available for children with dietary restrictions when we provide them during certain events.
