We want to personally welcome you to First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs, where our church has a long and rich history of effective ministry and to invite you to worship with us at our 8:00 Traditional Chapel Worship service on Sunday morning. This early service has a "small town feel in the middle of the big city."  We gather in Lehmberg Chapel on the corner of Boulder and N. Nevada Ave. where we get to know one another, pray for one another, gather around good music and great preaching. You can experience this service in-person or online. FUMC is a large, faithful community that has led the city of Colorado Springs with the powerful preaching, high quality music for 150 years.  If you feel drawn to community and connection, this service is for you. Our services are wiggle friendly but nursery care is also available for children bith to age 5 in Kingdom City on the 2nd floor.

Holy Communion, open to all, is served on the first Sunday of each month.

First United Methodist Church is located downtown at 420 North Nevada Avenue. The best place to park is north of the church, just north of St. Vrain. You may also park across Nevada at the lot connected to Palmer High School. We have two primary enterences on Sunday morning. You can enter from the St. Vrain enterance under the green awning or from the large wooden doors off of Nevada Ave.  If you need further assistance, please call the church office at 719.471.8522.
