Sharing Our Faith
Leader: Kent Ingram
Note Class Dates: April 4, April 18 & April 25
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Rm. 133

We have been talking about creating a culture of invitation here at First Church. We encourage folks to invite their family and friends to our activities and to help shepherd them along their way. Now we would like to go deeper by inviting people to learn how to tell their stories, to share their faith in a helpful manner. We will be using two books, Tell it Like it Is by Lillian Daniels and Testimony by To Long. You don't need to read these books to come to the class, but we will examine ways to share our faith sotries in a non-threatening way.

Immigration: A Biblical Perspective
Leader: Deb Walker
Note Class Dates: April 4, April 18 & April 25
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Rm. 233

This three-week class will discuss what the Bible says about immigration, as well as the human, economic, and legal realities of immigration.

Humor and the Bible
Note Class Dates: April 4, April 18 & April 25
Leader: Bruce Phillips
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Rm 234

How sad it would be if life held no moments of humor and laughter. And religion without humor would certainly be chilling as well.. This three-week class will highlight some of the more humorous stories from our ancestors found in the Bible.
