Each year we are asking for parents' help in keeping their child's information current.  Up-to-date contact information allows us to communicate with parents through newsletter and postcard mailings .Those new to Children's Ministries at any time of year should also fill out this registration form. Please download the form below and return it to the Kingdom City Welcome Desk or to the Sunday morning sign-in table in the sanctuary. Even if nothing other than your child's school grade has changed since last year this information is still vitally important to the success of our ministry.
