Once registration is complete, we may all look forward to the beginning of this exciting time of learning and development for your child. The office must receive the following items before the first day your child attends to complete their file:
The last page of the Parent Handbook, signed The General Health Appraisal, signed and dated by your physician Proof of Current Immunizations, signed and dated by your physician
You may also want to sign up for Automatic Tuition Withdrawal using the form provided in your packet.
